We all love chocolate souffles.
Such a juicy bite, all good and wonderful.
This isn’t just a souffle,
This is a microwave souffle,
A souffle that’s prepared in 1½ minutes in the microwave.
Inside my chocolate souffle hides a comforting bite full of great happiness.
It’s suitable for any time of the day,
It’s exciting in any situation,
Anyone who meets it becomes happy,
It drives all the senses insane,
It’s addictive and you won’t be able to give it up.
Meet our new addiction,
Microwave chocolate souffle.
A good and tender juicy chocolate cake,
That’s prepared in a few quick minutes.
It has a vegan version.
It has an oven version,
But no version can beat the winning micro version.
Prepare yourself to fall in love at first bite,
A bite you won’t want to share with anyone,
And it’ll make your heart and every corner of your body happy.
A few quick minutes of mixing the ingredients,
Fast spin in the microwave,
And this insane bite will be yours 🙂
Because there’s no one who doesn’t like a chocolate souffle,
Even more so a souffle that’s prepared in 1½ minutes in the microwave.
Exciting, delicious and super pampering and happy days to all of us 🙂
microwave chocolate souffle
Ingredients
Suitable for one serving in the microwave
- 1 egg (for the vegan version, have a look at “A little extra from me”)
- 1 tablespoon non-dairy / dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons oat flour (or any flour of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of baking powder
- 2-4 chocolate squares for the center of the cake
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, the egg, milk, oat flour, cocoa, maple syrup, baking powder and mix well. Transfer the batter to a mug suitable for heating in the microwave.
Put the chocolate squares in the center of the cup and cover them with the cake batter.
Put the cup in the microwave for 1½ – 2 minutes, take it out and gobble with pleasure 🙂
A little extra from me:
- The souffle can be kept in the fridge in a sealed box for 2 days.
- I recommend eating the souffle in close proximity to preparing it.
- For the vegan version, replace the egg with 3 tablespoons of peanut butter / almond butter + 2 tablespoons of non-dairy milk.
- Kindly make sure to use a mug that can go into the microwave and one that’s tall, so that the cake doesn’t slide out of it.
- It can be prepared in the oven at 355°F (180°C), to bake for 8-10 minutes.
