I would like to introduce to you, our new chocolate balls.
Wonderful chocolate balls,
Soft,
Moist,
And super indulgent.
The chocolate balls you are about to meet consist of five wonderful ingredients.
Every one of the gorgeous ingredients you already have in your kitchen,
And by combining them quickly and harmoniously, you will get such a delicious chocolate paste,
That you won’t be able to stop eating.
After mixing, all that’s left to do is to roll it into happy balls and cover them with any coating of your choice.
My chocolate balls go into a happy and wonderful box,
Just waiting for the moment you take it out of the fridge and happily open it.
The moment you open the box, you will feel how happiness floods through every corner of your body,
And makes you smile even before you bite into them.
From the first bite, you will become captives full of love for the wonderful bite you met,
And you’ll want to meet it every moment of the day.
It’s the perfect snack for the wonderful days of routine we all have,
It’s exactly the right exciting treat of the middle of the day or next to your coffee,
In a moment of fatigue you will find yourself wanting to return to it big time.

Gluten-Free Chocolate Coconut Balls
Ingredients
Suitable for 15-20 chocolate balls (depending on their size)
- ¼ cup maple syrup (for alternatives, have a look at “A little extra from me”)
- ½ cup peanut butter (for alternatives, have a look at “A little extra from me”)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup coconut powder (for alternatives, have a look at “A little extra from me”)
For the coating
- Coconut powder / cocoa powder / almond flour
Preparation
Put all the liquid ingredients, the peanut butter, the maple syrup, the salt and the cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well to a uniform texture.
Add the coconut powder or almond flour and mix again until you get a sticky but not liquid texture.
If the mixture is too dry and crumbly, add 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter,
If the mixture is too sticky, add 2-3 tablespoons of coconut powder / almond flour.
Using clean hands, form chocolate balls from the mixture. Roll into balls and coat them with coconut powder or any coating of your choice and serve with a huge smile 🙂
