  • I recommend eating the cake in close proximity to preparation, the cake is soft, warm and super indulgent.
  • The cake can be kept in the fridge in a sealed box for 2 days.
  • The best version of this cake is the one containing almond flour / oat flour.
  • You can bake the cake in the oven at 355°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  • Each microwave has a different heat intensity, so the cooking time will differ from one microwave to another.
  • You can replace the cream cheese with heavy cream cheese / thick yogurt / thick non-liquid vegan cheese.
  • You can replace the maple syrup with any other sweetener you want – sugar / honey / sweetener that’s suitable for diabetics.
