It’s time to tell you what we’ve been cooking for a few months now,
The journey is just about to begin and I’m taking you with me through every stage.

I will start from the end and share that we are moving to Italy,
All the Roz family- myself, Noi and the boys are going on a once in a lifetime journey.

It all began nearly a decade ago,
When I started talking about the things I was wishing for out loud.
My heart was full and safe by Noi’s side, the man of my choice, and the dreams began to bloom and grow.
While I was studying Naturopathy I had already realized that my heart had taken me to the kitchen space and how I was longing for it.
My research had gone deeper and deeper and I was getting more and more specialized.
It took me very little time to realize what my next goal is
And slowly but surely, while building our family unit, I have created the reality I was dreaming of.

These are the views that are going to surround us,
Will be the views of our children’s childhood for a long period of time.
And I will stand beside you and will turn all of my journey to an inseparable part of our mutual story.

I will tell you much more as the story goes along,
For now let us stay with a sweet taste for more with this exciting news.
We are moving to Italy,
It’ll happen in just a few weeks from now,
And for those of you who are worried,
The recipes will still be here,
A lot of marvelous experiences will join them,
Of a lot of good and amazing food,
Of fascinating people,
Of a family going on a journey following the dream,
Of a mom who created herself a reality just like in her dreams,
And of a home changing its location and growing from within even further.

Our move to Italy is for my master’s degree in gastronomy.
Are joined journey,
It’s going to be filled with new scenery,
New thoughts,
New delicacies,
Exciting streets,
Amazing people,
And a sea full of fulfillment  

I invite you to join this new road of ours,
And I’m sure that we’re all going to enjoy it very much 🙂
