favorite ingredients in the whole universe.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I love combining it in a lot of dishes in my kitchen,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s unique and has amazing nutritional values.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyond the fact that red lentil are the most easier to digest out of all legumes,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s one of the legumes with the hypnotizing and most healthy pigment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This high on protein flour is high quality and made purely out of plants,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s rich in fibers and in plenty of minerals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whenever we eat food containing red lentil flour,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sugar in our body increases slowly and gradually so that we don\u2019t experience sudden sugar leaps which causes tiredness and gaining weight.<br \/>\n<\/span><span lentil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Make sure to wash the red lentil prior to grinding it- if it\u2019s still wet it\u2019ll form lumps and won\u2019t grind into flour.<br \/>\n<\/b><b>If you like, red lentils can be picked out and sorted before grinding and I definitely recommend doing so.<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Steps:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put in the blender \/ spice mill \/ coffee grinder \/ shake container \u00bd cup of red lentil and grind well until forming flour. Pay attention- we want to get a very fine flour just like a cloud and with no visible crumbs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The amount of red lentil very much depends on your blender\u2019s size and abilities.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I recommend starting with a small amount and grinding it. If you see that your device has a bigger capacity- go for it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>A little extra from me:<\/b><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you choose to grind in a simple shake cup, take the smallest one out of your options. Turn the device on for one minute, take the cup out of the device, give it a good shake, put it back in the device and turn it back on for another minute. You should get a very very fine flour.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>How to store the red lentil flour that we had ground at home? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The flour can be kept in a jar or a sealed box in the pantry or the fridge. Kindly notice that the flour will remain fresh for about three months in the pantry and for six months in the fridge. With that said, I recommend grinding the red lentil into flour close to the time of making the pastry and in the needed amount, this way we\u2019ll have a fresh and good flour, since the freshness of the flour affects the pastry\u2019s taste and texture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Can be grind in a fast grind or pulses according to the strength of your blender \/ grinder \/ mixer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All kinds of flour can be purchased in nature stores and supermarkets and this way avoid grinding it at home.
