you choose<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kindly note that most of the recipes are based on white quinoa since it\u2019s less bitter and its taste goes well with everything. Red and black quinoa are more bitter than the white one and therefore can change the taste of pastries, color it and of course cause it to burn easily because of its color.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Make sure to wash the quinoa prior to grinding it- if it\u2019s still wet it\u2019ll form lumps and won\u2019t grind into flour.<br \/>\n<\/b><b>If you like, quinoa can be picked out and sorted before grinding and I definitely recommend doing so.<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Steps:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put in the blender \/ spice mill \/ coffee grinder \/ shake container \u00bd cup of quinoa and grind well until forming flour. Kindly notice that the flour will remain fresh for about three months in the pantry and for six months in the fridge. With that said, I recommend grinding the quinoa into flour close to the time of making the pastry and in the needed amount, this way we\u2019ll have a fresh and good flour, since the freshness of the flour <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">affects <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the pastry\u2019s taste and texture.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All kinds of flour can be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">purchased <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in nature stores and supermarkets and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this way<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avoid grinding it at home.
