Right now we\u2019re all thinking about goodbyes.
\n<\/span>Saying goodbye to a year filled with events,
\n<\/span>Saying goodbye to big and small moments,
\n<\/span>Saying goodbye to empowering thoughts and emotions, as well as those which were holding us back.
\n<\/span>Saying goodbye to who we were and anticipating who we will be very soon.<\/span><\/p>\n

I will conclude my year in just a moment.
\n<\/span>And just a minute before concluding,
\n<\/span>Let\u2019s eat a little good and wonderful sweets.
\n<\/span>This recipe was made especially for those of us who are celebrating at home.<\/span><\/p>\n

In my mind I painted a picture of me and you deciding to make something festive and super joyful that you wait for in anticipation.
\n<\/span>A sweet bite,
\n<\/span>Indulging bite,
\n<\/span>Exciting bite,
\n<\/span>Sweeping bite,
\n<\/span>A bite that holds surprises in it,
\n<\/span>A bite you make in just a few minutes,
\n<\/span>A bite you fall in love with at first sight.<\/span><\/p>\n

I imagined a couple or a family who wanted to celebrate and stay relaxed.
\n<\/span>Spice up their New Year\u2019s Eve,
\n<\/span>And leave a sweet memory of togetherness.<\/span><\/p>\n

These cookies were made with a lot of thought,
\n<\/span>Thought about the moment you decide to make them,
\n<\/span>Thought about the quick and fun baking process,
\n<\/span>Thought about the togetherness you\u2019ll find in making them,
\n<\/span>Thought about the waiting time while the cookie is baked,
\n<\/span>Thought about the moment where it leaves the oven,
\n<\/span>And the hypnotizing moment where you cut it into two,
\n<\/span>In that moment chocolate waves and peanut butter are discovered,
\n<\/span>They won\u2019t spill like in the movies, but they\u2019ll be vivacious and wonderful.<\/span><\/p>\n

While waiting for the cookies to bake in the oven I decided that I was going to write five happy things that had happened to me this year,
\n<\/span>Next to that I wrote five marvelous things that I expect to fulfill next year.
\n<\/span>Every year the notes change,
\n<\/span>The dreams are coming true,
\n<\/span>The gratitude is deep and genuine,
\n<\/span>The self learning is big and great,
\n<\/span>And the heart is whole and accepting all the good that is expected to come.<\/span><\/p>\n

So really what we have here is a recipe with a mission,
\n<\/span>Mission that is all about self empowering,
\n<\/span>One that makes both me and you stop, look back and say thank you for what was,
\n<\/span>Look at the present, the right here & right now and say thank you for what is.
\n<\/span>And mainly expect all the good that is yet to come.<\/span><\/p>\n

May we all have a marvelous year,
\n<\/span>Filled with health, joy and empowerment.
\n<\/span>A year of together,
\n<\/span>A year of love and self acceptance.
\n<\/span>A year in which we will continue to thank the beauty of the clouds, the wonderful rays of sunshine,
\n<\/span>Thank nature\u2019s presents and the seasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ll finish with thanking you,
\n<\/span>For being an inseparable part of this journey of mine,
\n<\/span>Without you my personal fulfillment would be different.
\n<\/span>And I thank everyday for you being by my side.<\/span><\/p>\n
