Like most of the good recipes on the planet, this recipe too was born by mistake.<\/span><\/p>\n

And when it was born I couldn\u2019t believe the feeling it made us feel.<\/span>It brought me back to winter days in the army,
\n<\/span>I would wake up every morning to a hugging cup of tea and next to it there were petits beurre that made me feel like I was at home with my mom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, this innocent cookie is a legit petit beurre only tastier.
\n<\/span>When Noi tried it for the first time he said you can\u2019t call it a petit beurre because it\u2019s tastier than a petit beurre \ud83d\ude42
\n<\/span>So we started thinking about what we\u2019re going to name it and I realized I couldn\u2019t choose any other name but petit beurre for it, because that\u2019s the feeling I got when I first tried it.
\n<\/span>And when I told this to Noi we decided we need to call it \u201cInsane Petit Beurre\u201d.
\n<\/span>Why? Because it\u2019s a name that combines my feelings and my insanities into one marvelous creation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This insane petit beurre will take you to an endless indulging experience.
\n<\/span>It has an addictive texture,
\n<\/span>Its sweetness is super subtle, It gives in to the hot cup of tea,
\n<\/span>It\u2019s crunchy and fascinating,
\n<\/span>And it\u2019s just one big ball of fun.
\n<\/span>Anything that\u2019s born in my kitchen is considered as a creation to me.
\n<\/span>A true and genuine creation that\u2019s full of me.
\n<\/span>Creation that reveals who I am,
\n<\/span>Reveals my memories,
\n<\/span>Reveals moments of my life.
\n<\/span>Reveals my soul.<\/span><\/p>\n

I will stand behind every one of my creations,
\n<\/span>Even if it\u2019s not as good.
\n<\/span>I will always be proud of it,
\n<\/span>Because to me it symbolizes my journey to my best creations.
\n<\/span>And I always say that the journey is more important than the final outcome.<\/span><\/p>\n

So there it is,
\n<\/span>A marvelous creation,
\n<\/span>That was born out of a mistake that I\u2019m proud of,
\n<\/span>A mistake that taught me new ways,
\n<\/span>To create and especially to feel and love the food I create with my two hands.<\/span><\/p>\n
