During my day, I have many moments in which I dream of traveling in Europe.
\n<\/span>Traveling in Italy to be specific.
\n<\/span>I picture the European thick and white clouds,
\n<\/span>The endless green,
\n<\/span>The clean smell in the air,
\n<\/span>And all those cups of coffee I would drink while strolling around.<\/span><\/p>\n

If there are moments where coffee becomes a true ceremony they\u2019re on trips.
\n<\/span>Every stop turn into a sweet moment,
\n<\/span>When I sip coffee filled with peace and precision,
\n<\/span>It\u2019s such a peaceful sip of coffee that right now I can only find in my dreams.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong longings led me to making this amazing biscotti.
\n<\/span>Chocolate biscotti,
\n<\/span>One that you dip in your coffee and glorious music starts playing in your head,
\n<\/span>One that makes the children savor every bite,
\n<\/span>One that\u2019s crunchy and chicky so that within an instant your heart gives in.<\/span><\/p>\n

This recipe contradicts all the other biscotti recipes you\u2019ve seen until today.
\n<\/span>It takes a little rolling with the roller,
\n<\/span>Baking only once,
\n<\/span>And for a very short and targeted time.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019ll surprise many of you,
\n<\/span>And will win your hearts,
\n<\/span>Because this bite is perfect,
\n<\/span>And making it is just as perfect.<\/span><\/p>\n

It takes one moment of magic in the kitchen and its bite will wait for your good cup of coffee.<\/span><\/p>\n
