a long time now.<br \/>\nI started the journey with it somewhere at the beginning of my naturopathy studies.<br \/>\nIt was my morning snack on days full of self-discovery and great learning.<\/p>\n<p Pudding<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ingredients: suitable for a jar \/ small-medium bowl<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\">2-3 tablespoons chia seeds<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 teaspoon maple syrup (For alternatives, have a look at \u201cA little extra from me\u201d)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\u2153 cup non-dairy milk that you like (The amount of milk depends on the size of the jar you chose)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1-2 tablespoons instant oats (Not a must)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Steps :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Put the chia seeds in a jar \/ bowl and fill it with non-dairy milk.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">To the dish, add maple syrup and instant oats if you choose to use it, and mix well.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">close the dish with the lid and place it on the counter for about 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Open the lid, mix again and put inside in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Take out of the fridge, add fruits that you like and serve with a huge smile \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>A little extra from me:<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" aria-level=\"1\">The pudding can be kept in the fridge without the fruits for 2 days.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" aria-level=\"1\">It\u2019s important that you choose a milk that you like since its taste will be relatively noticeable.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" aria-level=\"1\">Maple syrup can be substituted for any other sweetener and can also be omitted altogether.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" aria-level=\"1\">A little vanilla extract can be added.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" aria-level=\"1\">The pudding can be packed in a cooler and be taken with you
