It\u2019s mesmerizing with its beauty,
\nMaddening in taste,
\nIt looks spectacular in the center of the table,

This cake is my version of my grandmother\u2019s wonderful summer cake.
\nMy grandmother\u2019s wonderful kitchen wisdom accompanies me in many sweet moments.
\nShe knows how to direct my creative spirit,
\nThe feelings in my hands,
\nThe right mix,
\nAchieving the accurate texture,
\nAnd the deep emotion that goes into preparing each and every bite.<\/p>\n

I named the plum cake \u2013

\nAnd this is because it symbolizes the middle of summer.
