Citrus mint cake is my spring cake.
\n<\/span>It combines a farewell to winter and a freshness that spring brings along.
\n<\/span>It\u2019s beautiful and juicy,
\n<\/span>It has a gorgeous color and stunning touches of mint,
\n<\/span>It\u2019ll contain any citrus fruit you choose for it,
\n<\/span>Oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, lemons, whatever you want.
\n<\/span>It\u2019s here to glorify the fun that citrus brings,
\n<\/span>The wonderful aroma and addictive sweetness,
\n<\/span>The good bitterness,
\n<\/span>And the prickly sourness,
\n<\/span>And all combined in one wonderful cake<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A perfect cake for the weekend ahead,
\n<\/span>Between Passover and Independence Day celebrations,
\n<\/span>A cake eaten alongside a good cup of tea on the balcony in flip-flops and a hoodie.
\n<\/span>Because these are the days of spring, hot during the day and inclement at night.
\n<\/span>They give us the whole spectrum of feelings in one day,
\n<\/span>And so is this cake.
\n<\/span>It\u2019s perfect in the sun,
\n<\/span>And wonderful in the gloomy evening,
\n<\/span>Just choose the time you want to eat it and enjoy yourselves \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n
