Beet quinoa and tofu,
\n<\/span>It\u2019s a colorful and mesmerizing pot,
\n<\/span>Its color is so beautiful that you can\u2019t stop staring at it.<\/span><\/p>\n

I like to call this kind of pot a strengthening pot.
\n<\/span>It comes at a time when we all need a moment of reinforcement and great joy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The combination of quinoa and beets is such an amazing combination,
\n<\/span>Both culinary and nutritional.
\n<\/span>Both create a perfect synergy of renewal and new beginnings just like the spring.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tofu is there to strengthen and provide some more protein,
\n<\/span>It absorbs the flavors and is excited to receive the mesmerizing and wonderful color of the beet.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a pot that accompanied me for a long time in my clinic,
