This is the perfect drink for a hot summer day – cold, colorful, and insanely refreshing.
It has sweet, juicy watermelon, a little lemon that adds a fun tang, and mint that brings loads of aroma and freshness.
It couldn’t be simpler to make: put everything into the blender, blend, and in no time you have two cold, delicious glasses.
You can make it with watermelon, but you can absolutely go with any fruit you have at home – mango, pineapple, grapes, peach, or melon.
Pour into a glass you love, add a straw, and enjoy.
