Microwave Chocolate Souffle

A little extra from me:

  • The souffle can be kept in the fridge in a sealed box for 2 days.
  • I recommend eating the souffle in close proximity to preparing it.
  • For the vegan version, replace the egg with 3 tablespoons of peanut butter / almond butter + 2 tablespoons of non-dairy milk.
  • Kindly make sure to use a mug that can go into the microwave and one thatโ€™s tall, so that the cake doesnโ€™t slide out of it.
  • It can be prepared in the oven at 355ยฐF (180ยฐC), to bake for 8-10 minutes.
