There’s something so joyful about a breakfast waiting for us in the refrigerator.
The kind we made in a few minutes in the evening, and by morning it’s already creamy, thick, and ready to pamper us.
This matcha and chia pudding is exactly that.
It has a mesmerizing green color,
a wonderful texture,
a delicate sweetness,
and a special, deep flavor that’s simply a joy to meet in every bite.
Put all the ingredients into the blender,
blend into a smooth batter,
and transfer it to the refrigerator to work all the magic.
When it’s time to serve, add thick, creamy yogurt,
dust with a little matcha for the vibe,
and we’ll have such a beautiful, indulgent jar.
This is a pudding that’s a joy to make for ourselves,
and even more of a joy to make for someone we love ✨

Matcha and Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Ingredients for 2-3 servings, depending on their size:
- 1/3 cup chia seeds.
- 1/4 cup maple syrup. (You can substitute any sweetener you choose).
- One cup of any kind of milk (I recommend choosing a milk whose flavor you love).
- A teeny-tiny pinch of salt.
- Two teaspoons Bara Plants matcha powder. (You can substitute Bara organic cocoa powder / acai powder).
- Two servings Bara Plants cordyceps powder, you can substitute any type of Bara mushroom powder.
For the topping:
Thick, delicious yogurt of your choice and a little matcha powder for decoration.
Preparation
Put all the pudding ingredients into the blender and blend everything into a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into jars or a container and cover it, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, I recommend leaving it overnight.
Take it out of the refrigerator, decorate with a little thick, creamy yogurt, dust with a little matcha powder for the vibe, and serve with love to ourselves or to our loved ones
A little more from me:
- You can keep the pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5 days. (Without the yogurt).
- You can replace the milk in the pudding with water.
- You can replace the maple syrup with any sweetener you choose.
- You can make it without the yogurt topping.
