Cinnamon Balls

Difficulty : Easy

A Little More from Me

  • You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to two weeks.
  • You can enjoy the cinnamon balls at room temperature for a soft, melt-in-your-mouth bite. After chilling in the fridge, they become firmer and more substantial. They’re also delicious after being stored in the freezer and left on the counter for a few minutes before eating.
  • You can replace the almond butter with tahini or any nut butter you enjoy. Almond butter provides the most neutral flavor.
  • You can replace the maple syrup with any liquid sweetener of your choice.
  • You can replace the cinnamon with vanilla extract if you’d prefer a more neutral flavor.
  • You can replace the coconut with 1½ cups almond flour.
  • The coconut coating is optional. You can leave the balls uncoated if you prefer.
