Date Brownie Balls
Ingredients
Ingredients for 10-15 balls, depending on their size:
- 10-12 dates.
- 2 and a half cups almond flour.
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1/3 cup date syrup.
- 1/2 cup almond flour for coating, you can substitute any coating you choose.
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to the food processor and blend into a smooth, uniform mixture.
Taste the mixture and decide whether to add a little more salt, for those who love that kind of thing.
Shape the mixture into evenly sized balls and coat them in almond flour or any coating you choose, you can also use shredded coconut or even colorful sprinkles.
Serve the balls with love, to ourselves or to our loved ones.
Keep the remaining balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for two weeks.
