This is a popsicle you can make with any fruit you choose.
Especially for the last week of summer vacation –
this is truly a week that has a bit of everything.
In just a moment, the kids will start their new and exciting school year,
and we have one more blessed week together.
I made my popsicles with mango
because it’s at its seasonal peak,
but know that you can make them with peach, nectarine, melon, plums, or even grapes.
This recipe is really a technique for making plenty of delicious fruit popsicles.
All you need to do is choose your favorite fruit
and quickly prepare the fruit mixture to pour into the popsicle molds.
Just a few minutes of fun and joyful preparation – and they’re yours.
Happy days of togetherness to us all 🙂

Ingredients
Please note: All of my recipes are measured in universal cups (a measuring cup with a volume of 250 ml) - I recommend choosing them so that you get the most accurate and perfect result.
Suitable for 4–6 small popsicles:
- 1 cup mango cubes (you can also use another fruit or a mix of fruits)
- 1 cup water / orange juice / plant-based milk
Preparation
Place the mango cubes and the liquid in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours. I recommend leaving them overnight – this builds excitement and anticipation for the kids.
Remove from the freezer, release from the mold, and enjoy a refreshing, summery fruit popsicle full of nutritional value 🙂
A Little Extra From Me:
● If you chose a slightly sour fruit, I recommend adding 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (no need if you chose mango).
