This is my little trick,
It lets me have a perfect salad with just a few quick minutes of prep.
I make myself a jar of delicious, perfect vinaigrette,
waiting in the fridge for any salad I’ll want to enjoy throughout the week.
And the magic is that all you need for this preparation is a jar that can hold all the vinaigrette ingredients.
Just a few short minutes,
and you too will have a jar of salad dressing waiting in your fridge.
Happy and easy days to us all 🙂

Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
Makes enough for a jar to season about five medium-sized salads::
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar / wine vinegar
- ¼ cup maple syrup / honey
- About ⅓ cup lemon juice
- Grated lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon white pepper (optional)
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- Garlic powder / 1 sliced garlic clove (optional)
Preparation
Place all the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar, shake well, and that’s it – our salad vinaigrette is ready!
Pour 2-3 tablespoons over a salad and keep the rest in the fridge for next time 🙂
A little extra from me:
- You can store the vinaigrette in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to a week.
- Note: the garlic flavor intensifies as the days go by.
