We are now in the peak of winter,
Even if it’s not that noticeable.
We begin to snuggle up with pleasant clothing,
Wear good and warm coats in the evenings,
But we all forget to drink.
Our body needs these fluids very much,
Therefore I organized an amazing treat for us that’ll incoredge us to drink even on the cold winter days.
Because a glass like that filled with all that is good will make every single one of us want to drink the whole thing 🙂
My chia water,
Beyond the fact they’re tasty and nutritious,
They have an amazing ingredient in them, super food – chia seeds.
It’s incredible how much chia seeds give to our body.
Chia seeds are great antioxidants,
High in fiber and protein,
And they’re a perfect source for the fatty acid omega 3.
This magnificent glass of water just takes,
A little cutting of fruit and vegetables that you love,
A short and determined stir,
And you too will drink a perfect glass of chia water to bring your thirst to satisfaction.

Marvelous chia days to us all 🙂
Ingredients: suitable for a jar / big indulging glass, can also be made in any bottle you choose
- 250ml water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cucumber peeled with a peeler and sliced (Not a must, can choose any other vegetable such as carrot / beetroot)
- Sliced green apple / frozen blueberries or any other frozen / fresh fruit you choose
- 2 slices of lemon / 2 slices of orange or any other fruit you choose
- Mint leaves (Or any other herb you choose)
- In a jar put all ingredients, water, chia seeds, cucumber slices, green apple slices, lemon slices and mint leaves and mix.
- Put the jar aside and let the chia seeds absorb the water, mix again and serve 🙂
Pour into a chic glass and drink.
Every time the water in the glass is finished, refill it.
Don’t forget to bite on the goodies inside the glass between the sips 🙂
A little extra from me:
- Any fruit you choose will work of course.
- Frozen fruits can also be added.
- Once the water in the glass is finished, you can add more water and enjoy it again and again.
- Can also add more chia seeds according to how much you’ve already drank.
- Why chia water? It satisfies one’s thirst, because who wouldn’t love drinking out of this glorious cocktail glass 🙂 It gives a good and calm feeling of being full, They’re high in wonderful fibers and they are great antioxidants.
