Greek-Style Spinach Bourekas

A little extra from me:

  • You can store the spinach bourekas in the fridge in an airtight container for up to three days, and reheat it in the toaster or toaster oven after cooling.
  • I recommend eating it shortly after preparing.
  • You can also prepare it and take it with you on the go – just make sure to let it cool completely before placing it in an airtight container.
  • You can swap the raw tahini with almond butter.
