2 ingredient brownies
Ingredients
Suitable for a 7.8” * 7.8” (20 x 20cm) pan
- 4 eggs (size M / L)
- 300g dark chocolate (preferably up to 60% cocoa solids)
- A tiny pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C) on turbo mode (turbo mode isn’t required, but recommended), and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Crush the dark chocolate into a bowl suitable for the microwave and melt it in pulses of 30 seconds to 1 minute, for a smooth and shiny texture.
Put the eggs, salt and melted chocolate into the blender and mix everything into a uniform, thick and shiny batter.
Transfer the batter to the baking pan and flatten it with a rolling pin so that all parts are the same thickness.
Put in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes. The brownies will rise and mesmerize you the moment you take them out of the oven, after a few moments they’ll deflate and the most wonderful crust will be created.
Cut the brownie in the pan into pieces and serve with great joy 🙂
