It was only a matter of time before my genius dough turned into pizza dough,
And listen, this is a dizzying success on a level that cannot be explained!
You just have to prepare it and bite it quickly.

It’s a quick and super wonderful dough,
You can prepare it in a few minutes and bake it quickly.
30 minutes separate you from the moment you get off the couch to the moment you bite into your pizza.

This pizza suits everyone.
It can be vegan, only if you choose the right cheese.
It doesn’t require kneading,
Nor does the dough need to rise.
It only requires a quick and fun preparation of a ingenious dough,
Short baking,
Assembly, further baking,
And it’s yours.

It’s such a festive and happy bite,
That I have a hard time describing it to you.
You just have to bite it to understand how wonderful and marvelous it is.

And like any other of my magical recipes,
This is absolutely a recipe that’ll enter your kitchen and stay in it forever.

Quick Oatmeal Pizza

Ingredients: suitable for a pizza 11”-11.8” (28-30cm) diameter, or for a personal pizza 5.9” (15cm) diameter

For the pizza dough:

1¼ cups boiling water
1 cup oat flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of salt

For the tomato sauce topping:

1 small can of tomato paste (100g)
Pinch of oregano
1 crushed garlic clove / ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons non-dairy milk / regular milk / water
100-150g mozzarella cheese / yellow cheese / parmesan / vegan cheese – any cheese you choose will be perfect.

* It’s very important to mix the dough ingredients well together and only then check the condition of your dough. If the dough is too sticky, gradually add 2-4 tablespoons of oat flour. Each time add one tablespoon, mix and if necessary add another tablespoon.

*Note that the dough solidifies after a short cooling.

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) in turbo mode (not mandatory, but I recommend baking the pizza with the oven in this mode).
In a wide pan, put the boiling water, olive oil and salt and bring the pan to a boil.
Add the oat flour to the pan and stir continuously over low heat until a soft and sticky dough forms.
Take the ball of dough out of the pan, place it in a bowl and let it cool for a few minutes. If there’s AC on in the house, cover the dough with cling film until it cools so that it doesn’t dry out.
Drizzle a little flour on our work surface and create a beautiful ball of dough with the most addictive softness.
Using your hands, flatten the ball of dough on a large baking pan lined with greased parchment paper (I recommend greasing it with olive oil). Please note – if you have difficulty flattening the dough with your hands, place an additional sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough and gently roll the dough with a rolling pin to an even thickness. The pizza doesn’t have to be round, it can also be made in a square or rectangular shape, the important thing is to make sure that the dough is the same thickness in all parts of the pizza.
Using a brush, spread a little olive oil on the top of the pizza dough and put it in the oven for an initial baking of 5-8 minutes.
Prepare our tomato sauce: put all the ingredients in a bowl, the tomato paste, oregano, crushed garlic, salt and milk and mix well for a uniform and tasty sauce.
After the pizza dough has dried a little, take the pan out of the oven and spread the tomato sauce on top of the pizza and sprinkle the cheese. If you chose to add toppings, now is the time to add them (note – I don’t recommend loading a lot of toppings on the pizza).
Put the pizza pan back in the oven, this time in its upper part, and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and surrenders to the heat of the oven and the pizza looks ready.

Take out of the oven, cool slightly and serve with great joy in the same pan we used to bake the pizza 🙂

A little extra from me:

The pizza can be kept in the fridge in a sealed box for up to 4 days.
When you want to eat the pizza, put it in a pan for quick heating straight from the fridge.
