These cookies are fantastic and so addictive that you can’t stop eating them.
They were inspired by our great love for the Bamba Nugget flavour that reminds us of an “Israeli” taste.
These cookies are so irresistible that they’re often finished in a single day.
They so tasty that they will melt your heart and feel it with comfort.
In this recipe, my love for the combination of peanut butter and chocolate is evident, and the charm of this combination becomes even more perfect.
It requires just a few minutes of preparation,
a short bake,
and a lot of joy.
Happy baking to all of us 🙂

“Bamba Nugget” Rolls
Ingredients
Serving about 12-15 cookies
For the Dough:
- ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
For the Filling:
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp plant-based or regular milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F), preferably in turbo mode but not mandatory.
To prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt, and mix well. Add the oat flour and baking powder to the bowl and mix again until a workable dough form is created. Place the dough ball in a bowl and cover with a towel while preparing the filling.
In another bowl, melt the dark chocolate with the plant-based milk in the microwave in intervals. Add the peanut butter and salt to the melted chocolate and mix well.
Roll out the dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper to an even thickness. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. Roll the dough into a log and use a knife to mark the dough for cutting into cookies. Clean the knife between cuts for clean edges.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the dough is slightly golden and firm. Note that the dough will be crumbly and unstable when hot; let the cookies cool completely before moving or separating them. Cool the cookies completely, then use a knife to separate them and serve.
A Little Extra From me:
- You can store the cookies in an airtight container on the counter for up to four days.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- You can substitute the chocolate filling with your favorite jam (not liquid) to make peanut butter and jam rolls.
