Balanced and delicious chocolate fudge for any time of the day,
this is one of the most balanced and indulgent bites there is.
I always have a box of this chocolatey bite in my fridge,
and it’s exactly the perfect chocolate bite for us and for the kids.
It’s prepared in just a few quick minutes,
and you can also include the kids in making it – it’s light and fun to prepare.
It requires only a light mix,
cooling, and cutting,
and in just a few short minutes of prep,
you will have a tasty, perfect chocolate bite.
Happy and chocolatey days to us all:)

Balanced Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
Fits a 20x24 cm square pan:
- 200 g dark chocolate / milk chocolate (the cocoa percentage is up to you)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for alternatives see “A little extra from me”)
- 1 cup almond butter (for alternatives see “A little more from me”)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Put the dark chocolate and olive oil in a bowl, and melt them in the microwave in 30-second pulses until you get a smooth and even chocolate mixture.
Add the almond butter and the salt to the chocolate mixture and mix until you get a uniform mixture.
Transfer the mixture into a pan lined with baking paper, and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Take the balanced chocolate fudge out of the fridge, remove it from the pan, and cut into small, wonderful cubes. Arrange the fudge cubes on a plate and serve with love.
A little extra from me:
- You can keep the balanced chocolate fudge in the fridge in an airtight container for two weeks.
- You can replace the olive oil with coconut oil / butter.
- You can replace the almond butter with any nut butter you prefer.
